HYDROPOWERPLANT KUYUMA
enso hydro GmbH, one of the leading energy investment funds from Austria has decided to invest in Turkish hydroelectrical power plants and acquired 100% shares of the Kuyuma hydro electrical power plant that is located on the Blacksea cost of Turkey, close to the city of Vezirköprü Samsun.
Kuyuma hydroelectrical power plant has a design flow of 4,0 m3/s and a net head of 315 m whilst the installed capacity will be 9,73 MW and the yearly energy generation is foreseen to be 26,48 GWh.
convex has provided following engineering and consultancy works:
- Consultancy during the acquisition and share transfer process (LOI / SPA / Closing)
- Following the share transfer; consultancy for the establishment of the local investment company, enso hydro Turkey, as well as conducting the office management and accounting services of the newly founded company.
- Preparation of technical studies (i.e. topographical mapping, geotechnical investigation, etc.) during pre-construction phase.
- Preparation of the basic design and consultancy for the preparation of the revised feasibility study.
- Technical consultancy for obtaining necessary permits from the Turkish Water Authority (DSI).
